京大NY洛友会10名をマンハッタンの和室憩翠庵に招き、ワークショップをしました。蹲で手を清め、席入り、薄茶の飲み方を体験してもらいました。ほぼ全員初めての体験で、口々に面白かったとコメントをいただきました。
We invited a total of 10 graduates of Kyoto University now residing in NY ”洛友会” to the Globus Washitsu "憩翠庵” in Manhattan for a tea workshop.
They experienced "Sekiiri"and how to drink thin tea. For almost all of them it was their first experience, and they commented that they had a wonderful time.
