松風荘春の茶会

５月らしい爽やかな気候に恵まれた茶会には、松風荘の管理運営をされているフィラデルフィア日米協会会長のレノンさんをはじめ多くの方にご参加していただきました。今回は、薄茶市民席に加え、濃茶市民席を設ける事ができました。市民茶会には初めて抹茶を飲まれる方のご参加も多く、松風荘の美しい環境の中で、市民の皆様にお茶を楽しんでいただきました。

Spring Tea Gathering at Shofuso

We had a tea gathering blessed with the refreshing weather of May. Many participants, including Mr. Jorge Leon, President of the Japan America Society of Greater Philadelphia, who oversees the management of Shofuso, attended the event. This time, in addition to the public seating for thin tea, we arranged a public seating for thick tea. We had the pleasure of welcoming many participants who experienced drinking matcha for the first time at the public tea gathering, allowing them to enjoy tea in the beautiful surroundings of Shofuso.
