１日目：茶の湯ご紹介 — Cultural Friday＠在ボストン日本国総領事館

２日目：市民茶会 — 茶室「山査子庵（さんざしあん／Mayflower）」昭和ボストン大学

上野支部長のご発案のもと、本部のご支援を賜り、ボストンでの活動の大きな布石となる機会を、素晴らしい成功のうちに終えることができました。

すべてのご調整を賜りました在ボストン日本国総領事館 首席領事 箕谷様ご夫妻、ご紹介くださいましたモース先生、ご協力いただいた総領事館 高橋様、昭和ボストン大学 学長 ストロナク様をはじめ、ご尽力くださいましたすべての皆様に心より御礼申し上げます。

多くのご縁に支えられ、これからの歩みへの大きな力をいただきました。今後もボストンの地にて、表千家茶道の活動を継続してまいります。今後とも何卒よろしくお願い申し上げます。

Day 2: Public Tea Gathering — Tea Room “Sanzashian (Mayflower)” at Showa Boston Institute

With the initiative of Branch Head Dr. Ueno and the generous support of the Headquarters, this meaningful opportunity became an important step forward for our activities in Boston and concluded with great success.

We extend our heartfelt appreciation to Consul General Minoya and Mrs. Minoya, Professor Morse, Mr. Takahashi of the Consulate, President Stronach of Showa Boston Institute, and all who contributed to making this event possible.

Supported by many wonderful connections, we have gained renewed strength for the path ahead.We look forward to continuing the activities of Omotesenke tea ceremony in Boston.
