Penn State Universityにある「茶の湯クラブ」で稽古のクラスを開催しました。2つのグループに分かれ、畳の部屋では講師がお点前を指導し、学生たちにお茶の飲み方を教えました。立礼ではそれぞれが一服のお茶を点て、楽しい時間を過ごしました。
On 19 March 2024, the monthly tea ceremony lesson was held at Penn State University Chanoyu Club. The students took turns practicing Usucha in the tatami room and Usucha "warikeiko" at a table in the larger room. An instructor taught three students the procedure for making Usucha in the tatami room, and all of the students learned guest manners while drinking the tea specifically made for them in the bowl they had selected.
