Tea ceremony at Ambassador's residence

On February 1st, Ambassador Yamanouchi had a valuable meeting with New Jersey State Assemblyman Robert Auth. In collaboration with Omotesenke Domonkai Eastern Region USA, a tea ceremony was arranged to share traditional Japanese culture with the assemblyman

Mr. Auth learned to make thin tea using traditional utensils. We hope this cultural exchange sparked a newfound interest in Japanese culture.
